When it comes to the ultimate hairdresser muse, there is one standout IT girl leading the pack – Jen Atkin. Never has a hairdresser transcended the role of celebrity hairdresser to become celebrity themselves quite like Jen has. Featuring a clients list that is a Hollywood who’s who of top models, socialites and actresses, we quite frankly don’t know how she finds the time to fit it all in. Starting out taming the tresses of the Kardashian clan, Jen is now to the go to for supermodels of the moment Bella, Kaia and Kendall, not to mention Chrissy Teigan, Hailey Baldwin, Rosie Huntington Whitely and Jenna Dewan.

Hailey’s Braid-hawk
This look is so much fun! All the edge of a mohawk with the prettiness of a braid, this is the perfect way to add a little bit of the unexpected with a look that is very simple to create. Formed using a reverse French braid, it has a lot more height than a traditional braid, with the ends are then twisted at the nape of the neck.

Kendall’s Sleek Pony
It’s super simple but looks so incredibly dramatic here on Kendall. The darkness of her locks really make this look pop, but providing maximum shine at the crown. The centre part is bolder than a side part and highlights her features. Length is important here as the impact comes from the long ponytail hanging down the back.
Chrissy’s Classic Blow Out
This is the kind of hair Jen is renowned for- classic and very very pretty. Featuring Chrissy’s hair trend of the moment bronded lob, the look is flattering for all face shapes and pretty much every girls go to. Plenty of texture for maximum height, the side part to soften the look and the subtle waves to flatter the face- it’s a hair home run.
Bella’s Gothic Glam
This looks was one of the most iconic and lusted over at this year’s Met Gala. A sleek knotted and braided updo, the flat and wide bun was a nice change to the more modern topknot. The way this look shined thought was the way that Jen made the hair actually part of the outfit, painstakingly sewing her chain encrusted veil onto her head, creating a stunning headband effect.
